nickh7
I would like winter tyres for me Mazda , 19inch in my size, 225/45/19s, are hard to come by so looking at 225/55/17s. The online calculators say there will be a 6mm difference overall . Do you think this will be OK ?
Dr Slotter
What's the brake caliper clearance like? No suggestions in the manual?
SM25T
I put 16" rims on my Mazda6 Sport in place of 18" summer rims. It is the previous generation model though. Plenty of room around calipers.

SM25T
Wheelbase is where I got my 16" alloys from. Very knowledgeable chaps. Get them to quote for the tyres too and supplied fitted and balanced. However, this time around I have gone for Nokian WR D3. Much cheaper from Germany too.
