Support Team Shaun_E Posted September 16, 2015 Support Team Share Posted September 16, 2015 Were you logged in? Sometimes you get logged out and in that case you won't see the messages. I've just tested it by sending myself a message from a test account and it immediately displayed (1) next to messages in the top panel.
