JrPorkchop
It's bit of long one this problem so here's the summary;Battery goes flat after a day, and was starting until 2 weeks ago. After it was left for a week, it kept cranking with a steady wa-wa noise after a boost from a good battery. After some mucking around with it last week I pulled the centre relay, which allowed the car to start. After purchasing a new relay I tried again yesterday and it didn't start, but cycling the engine now sounds like one of the cylinders is doing something weird.Car has fuel and the battery is good.Problems with living in an island means that the car can't be simply towed to Caterham or specialist garage as the cost would be almost prohibitive.Does any one have any ideas what it could be or the next steps of troubleshooting could be? JrPorkchop
Update: Caused by low battery cranking ampage. Battery was put on recovery charge, hadn't had problem since, installing battery master switch to isolate electrics.
