AR LOG IN

Not sure if in the right section, so hopefully will get picked up. 

For some reason I am unable to do two things I have always been able to up to now. 

I can no longer log in as AR using the original user name and pass code I was given .

I can no longer send e mails from my PC using the my devon@ address.

(NB  all my other e mails (personal and business) work fine) 

Please advise.

How long is it since you used these?

New Area Rep Logins were set up for the new website in May. You should have an e-mail dated 9.5.15 giving details.

Mails have recently moved to a new server. You should have received an e-mail from Tim Pollard around end of August with details. 

New area e-mail distribution lists have been set up on new server and are currently being tested.

Sorry chaps,

this is probably "me" but still struggling to log in as an AR ( I can still log in using my personal details)

It says 

devon@lotus7.club is not recognised, it says this because I am requesting a new password. The reason I am requesting a new password is because the original one I was given is not working. 

Of course I won't reveal the password here but it was the one given to me back in May 2015 when I was given all the teh other details 

Any help, much appreciated
