paul jacobs
"WE COULD IF REQUIRED GET THE CAR UP AND RUNNING FOR £495"Ha, Ha, Ha. I agree the price is a tad high, but a good opportunity to fit a 2l. Blacktop Zetec, although that would cost around £3000 - £4000, so how much should it sell for? £4k - £5k? GrahamV
It looks like Paul Rudler's ex car - which i believe suffered a fire in the garage. Thankfully no long term damage to Paul.... I believe the 1600 Xflow had quite a bit of rebuilding work prior to the fire. Paul was based in Devon / Cornwall - not sure how the car got to Ashington in Northumberland ?GrahamV
GrahamV
I saw Paul on Saturday at Wiscombe - he confirmed it is his ex car on e-bay. His opinion after seeing the damage close up (!) is that they are asking too much for it.I think Paul had a lucky escape - once the car caught fire he managed to push it out of the garage before it did too much damage. Jumpin Jack Flash
Hi everyone,I am a bit puzzled. Think that the first registration is 1990. I am going to ask the seller a copy of the V5C.When 1990 is right, this could be a good car for me. My calculations for a rebuild project are almost done. Jumpin Jack Flash
Help needed,Can some-one contact Paul to know a bit more about the spec of his car and the condition of the engine. It is an interesting project for me as long as the engine can be used without extensive rebuild costs. Thanks!
