1989 Caterham Super Sprint, short cockpit, 48k miles,1700 xflow, live axle, 4 speed close ratio box. Always garaged and almost never driven in the rain, BRG/Ali, gull wings, very good nick for the age of car.  Tall FIA rollover bar fitted. Driver/passenger split tonneau, and full weather gear, but never really used that as I don't take it out in the rain.

Links to photos below.

Looking for £7500. Car was officially valued at £7500 and this was agreed with Adrian Flux as I had an agreed value policy until a couple of years ago, so not looking for any offers below the asking price for now thanks.  Not sure how road tax works in the UK, but because the car is over 25 years old now, in the Isle of Man it is classified as a "Classic" and as a result the road tax halves. Not sure if that applies in the UK though!

Message me if you want any more details about the car.

Hi Ian, not really sure at the moment, but I'm just not using it. I've made lots of excuses over the years, but every time I fix the excuse, I seem to find that I'm still not using it ... so I think it's time for a change, just not sure sure what to yet!

How are you both?

All well here. Four European trips in our 7 this year ..... much easier now we are out of being employed .... and into self-employment. Life is good. A friend from Belgium may be interested in your car. I have sent him the details. I can confirm it goes round roundabouts very well .... often several times !!

Hi Ian, thanks for passing on the details.  I have tried editing my original post and changed the first one in to an actual proper link.  Does that one work?  If so then I will edit the others as well.

Thanks

Rob

Hi Ian, picture IMG_2288.JPG was only there to show the state of the chassis as someone was asking me about condition.  I'd only just put the engine back in after a bit ot mainteance a couple of years ago, and hadn't got round to reconnecting everthing!  There is an exhaust now, I promise :-)
