1.9 SCHOLAR/DVA engine

 

3750 road miles since Fully rebuild by DVA

 

VHPD head ported by DVA

Paul ivey big valves

Piper 1444’s camshafts

Piper double valve springs

Piper steel valve caps

Mecanic followers

Verniers pulleys

DTH 40 jenveys

R500 bosh injectons

Bernard scouse enclosed airbox

Denso alternator

Powerlite starter

Ultra lightweight flywheel

ARP bolts

Ap racing clutch

1.9 scholar block, all new Bearings , pins, etc…and new VHPD crank fitted

Single tang rods modified by DVA to floating pins

New pistons

PACE 3 stage dry sump system with all braided hoses and ali connectons

Sanwich plate

Pace easyclean dry sump tank

 

Laminova oïl cooler

PRRT thermostat and silicone hoses

Emerald K6 ECU

power speed exhaust (lhd design but will fit RHD no problem)

 

Bottom end fully balanced by vibration free

Engine build by DVA

 

Mapped by track and road in june 2015

230 BHP @ 8200 and 170lb/ft @ 6600 with enclosed airbox

Proven 250 bhp without enclosed airbox (but will require a new mapping…)

 

Nearly all the above parts had been bought from new by myself

Engine Still in the car and can be seen running

 

Will not split

 

Fitted in a LHD car so may require some work to fit in a RHD

Car located in LILLE, 100 kms from calais.

 

May be available in october/ november

All the above cost me more than 16 000 euros
