Labergorce
i believe i need to replace the cooling fan switch on my 1.6SS K series as part of a few things to fix an overheating problem. But that's a whole other topic.......It looks like Caterham are out of stock, can anyone confirm whether this part from CBS is that same/correct part? It looks like it, has the same temp configuration as the caterham part and is the same price! thanksMarkhttp://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/fan-switch-95c86c-m22-x15

StuB
I could also do with an answer on this (unless you have another spare Nick?). Caterham showing out of stock, is it a standard Rover part? Mine is a 1.8k.

Member Jonathan Kay Posted May 29, 2015 Member Share Posted May 29, 2015 It's quite a long and winding road through the multiple threads, but it looks as if it's the same as on the Vauxhall engined 7s:Thermostatic fan switch for rad; VW part VW823959481FThere's also a suggestion of:Commercial Ignition (quniton hazell) XESF29 available as an alternative to the 'proper' vw one. motor factors and halfrauds for circa £6Jonathan
