Swiss_Tony
Not sure to be honest. It would probably vary from one vehicle to another. If I am stuck for a power steering pipes etc I normally use Pirtek. They make all sorts of pressure hoses etc. I am sure if you give them a ring they would be able to help. The nearest one to me is in Mitcham (020 640 6565) but they may have a branch nearer to you. Also they do a mobile service. The return hose from the rack has very little pressure involved so a normal hose and clips will suffice. Hope this may help. Tony Martyr
James The actuating force / pressure curve for the unit fitted to my car shows a maxium regulated pressure of 100bar. This pressure and the safety critical nature of the installation should suggest machine swaged aero-type hoses should be used. Not a job for the jubilee clip ! sjwb
Generally 110 bar on the feed. Steve B
Swiss_Tony
I was referring to the return pipe with regard to low pressures etc. Hence suggesting a manufactured pipe and fittings etc for the pressure. Sorry if this was un-clear. James Su77on Se7ens
