chrisb
Unfortunately my front near side shock appears to have given up the ghost and is leaking oil.I'm trying to identify it so I can get a pair of replacements. The body is 1"3/4 diameter, with numerous circlip positions for the adjustable platform. The shock is 14"long open, and 12" closed with a 12 mm piston rod. Ideally like for like replacement would be good, but happy to try anything else that would fit.Oh, and I need to fit them Easter weekend....thanks

chrisb
I'm guessing its a standard Bilstein unit. The car is a 1990 dedion, but with the fitted with the Caterham widetrack front. It looks like the front spring damper assemble as advertised on the Caterham parts website. However, all I need is the shock.Having looked on the Bilstein website, I can't find anything that looks similar. Thanks
