Leadership Team Mcalvert Posted May 4, 2015 Leadership Team Share Posted May 4, 2015 Thank you SOOO much for pointing that out Simon...Mind you, taking the view that attack is the best form of defense, I would point out in return that I was not the one who went home carrying the yellow trowel (for a change) and that at least I got a little bit further into the lap before spinning than Mr Elwell managed in practice...Michael. Comp Sec
It was a great attempt at qualifying for the yellow trowel though However, you were beaten on points by a certain Mr Price who pipped you by including a "gravel trap bonus point" in his sequence
Comp Scorer
Yes I wasn't aware of the gravel trap bonus points, Think Richard must have got at least two, 1 for optimum gravel trap usage and 1 for being beached....... will have to remember in future for when Comp Sec is not there.Of course there were quite a few who decided not to attempts at Yellow trowel awards but went for dance moves on the tarmac with pirouette's and slides. Contrary to popular opinion (Mr Rogers ) both myself & Mat are equally supportive of each other and would not stoop to your implied antisportmanship. Really proud of how Mat has tackled both events and fingers crossed he'll keep on improving.
