Cookie Monster Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 It was fine, was left out overnight & now is lumpy, missing & if you give it any throttle it won't pick up to the extent I can even get it to run up onto the trailer to get it back in the garage.Leads haven't been touched nor the plugs & were & still all seem ok. MADMALC Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 Have you tried this:Ignition on but do not start. Slowly depress accelerator down and back up say 8 times. Turn ignition off.Now start the car but DO NOT tickle the accelerator, just let it start and idle without touching anything.Worth a try and it cost nothing. Has worked for me and few others. Bio Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 Does sound electrical......Start with removing plugs and Leeds add cleaning/ drying . Check the top of the plug and inside the Leeds (both ends).Dry clean the dizzy cap and clean the contacts inside with a knife or fine emery cloth.
