Graham Sewell
Does anyone else have the problem where the washer motor stops because ONE of the connectors was turned green with copper oxide? If so is there a permanent solution rather than just clening the terminal are reconnecting - this lasts 12-24 months. Cheers, Graham Low tech luddite - xflow and proud! Anthony
Graham, I have a motor/bottle you are welcome to if a swap might be worth considering ? Regards
I.Mupferit
What about using the Halfords product 'No Corrode'? It is specifically meant for battery terminals but will work just as well in this application. It is a red translucent gel sold in small tubes and is simply smeared on the terminals. Alex Wong1697456877
You can get a bottle with no motor from Caterham and a separate pump from Caterham or Halfords. My bottle is at the front of the car and the pump is under the dashboard. The pump was the cheapest one halfords sell. I also plumbed in a one way valve so I get spray straight away. It's quite useful as a cooling system on a very hot day with no screen, provided you don't have any screen wash.
