jp7 Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 Hi all, My 1995 vintage VDO rev counter occasionally takes on a mind of its own and erratically flutuates about. I checked the connections on the back of the rev counter and those on the coil as well, but its still doing it. jp7 Posted February 17, 2015 Author Share Posted February 17, 2015 No, I just checked the 3 wires onto the back of the instrument.It doesnt do it all the time, can be fine for 50miles and then plays up for 5, then its alright again for another period.Ill have a look to see where any earths may be.cheersAndy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
