SvenDriver
I have a tinny little rattle in the car. Two interior panel rivets are amiss so I think they may be in the frame. How can I get them out if they are in there. The alternative is instrumentaiton but I think it is all OK.

Nigel Riches
Your 7 can't be making the right noises if you think you can hear two rivet tails in the frame tubes, don't worry about them, fit new rivets as necessary, and see if the noise is still there, it could be that a panel is not quite flat, and is vibrating in sympathy with the engine revs or such, if you can find which part is generating the noise sometimes a bit of a lean with your hand will sort it, this may help, don't think it's the rivets though. 1982. 5 speed, clamshells.
