finmac
Just fitting a set of tillets to my xflow and wondered what the wisdom was regarding how many spacers (i have lots of the genuine tillet ones both thick and thin) to use at the front of the seats to provide thigh support - the seats are such a pain to fit In the car I want to get it right first time and dont want to have to do loads of trial and error by taking them in and out. thanks

Member Jonathan Kay Posted November 24, 2014 Member Share Posted November 24, 2014 Is the fiddliness in holding the bolts still while you fit the nuts? If so someone recently posted the clever idea of cutting a slot in the end.Jonathan
Dorset7
I fitted flat square nuts from the local hardware store to mine, it makes them "captive" very effectively and completely eliminates the problem.
