CaterBram
I'm looking for a pair of Caterham rear brake calipers, wondered if anyone had a pair hanging around the garage after upgrading to large brakes.......looking at trying a Drum to Disc conversion over the winter...... Molecular--Bob
I think i have a set that would need a refurb if they are any use to you? Been off the car for ~5 years and stood for 2 years before that, so probably quite stuck. To add I am in Sheffield. Would need a bit of notice if you do want them as they are at the back of the shed somwhere.
CaterBram
Bob, that would be great, and local too.If you can look them out at some point when convenient to you and let me know, I'll call round for them.
Molecular--Bob
Will try and look tommorrow night. If i open the shed door in this wind i think It might rip the roof off. If I haven't got back to you by Thursday feel free to remind me, I have a terrible memory and will not take offence.
Molecular--Bob
Found them. They are pretty scabby to be honest, but if you want to try and rescue them they are yours. They dont have the slider bolts or mounting bolts as these were re-used, but i think everything else is there. The sliders are free moving and the piston seals seem to be intact. I will message you with my mobile number, but reception at home is not great, so if you aren't able to ring me send me a txt and i will ring you back, just let me know if there are any times that aren't good for giving you a ring.
