ChrisC
Hi All Does anyone have pictures of a Titan LSD, I did a bit of rash eBay bidding, and just wanted to check I am actually getting a 7" Ford Titan LSD diff. Many thank
sjmmarsh
The 'Titan' bit is inside - the casing looks the same as a normal Ford Diff, so a photo may not be much help. Steve
ChrisC
Sorry forgot to say, the diff has never been fitted into casing (or had a final drive ratio fitted). I am going to get road and race to do the swap. Is there any marking on the Titan bit that I can use to identify it?

myothercarsa2cv
Hm. Not to alarm you but... Shouldn't the crown wheel have 10 fixings and not 8? And it's not clear if there are splines for the driveshafts either...
Mankee
Got to agree with John. I thought the crownwheel is fixed with 10 bolts as well. Also, why would you specify the final drive in the title of the auction when there is no final drive included?

elie boone
If it doesn't fit the description surely you can cancel the transaction. I would contact the seller and see what he say's about it.
ChrisC
Mystery solved - thanks ti Titan and a picture of the serial number. This BMW 168 diff was manufactured back in early December 2011, it has Carbon Friction Plates and 30/90 Ramp Angles. No good for me and not as listed so its back in the hands of the seller.
