I'll replace it anyway just to be on the safe side, as the sumo has been off a couple of times recently anyway, and as I'm fitting a replacement one, I may as well replace the gasket too. The stock Rover is a rubber gasket with brass inserts at its fixing points and will not fit the cast caterham sump. Sorry no cheap wat out other than reuse.
