elie boone
exploded in to life that is. My brand new ( build 4 years ago ) BDR finely turned on his own power. First i had the oilcooler topped up then the oil filter, some oil in to the sump and camlube on the camshafts. Started her with no plugs and it took less than 30sec to have oil pressure, plugs in and she started from the 4th turn of the startermotor so all i have left to do is get some details right and i will be ready to come over to Stoneleigh. A big thanks for all the advice i received on this forum. 😬 😬

Joe 90
I hope to see it out and about 😬 I've never seen a BDR engined seven in the metal.
Trevor Phillips
I'll be running a BDA 1800 tuned by Agra, Dundee in my HPC from the start of this season 😬 😬 😬 Racing pics and items for sale here
cdg
Trevor, That wouldn't be the one out of Alex Graham's Mallock would it? Chris.
Trevor Phillips
Yes, the very one. Bought it after checking it out with Agra then drove to Scotland, helped take it out of the Mallock and drove home the next morning. Currently waiting for the 6 speed box from Phil Stewart and searching for a suitable bellhousing at a reasonable price. Do you know Alex? elie boone
Dave, wait until you see it in the metal, it is not 700bhp/tonne about 340bhp/tonne but that old live axle will be good enough to surprise some people. 😬
cdg
Trevor, No I don't know Alex personally, just by his reputation for being a bl**dy fast driver!....and fellow Mallock owning hillclimber. Chris.
