Guest Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 I am just about to change my running in oil to a fully synthetic and I found I have ~3 litres of running in oil left. If anyone wants it then let me know and come and pick it up. It is CRO 10W40 which I put into my 2.0L Duratec. I am based near Bury, Gtr Manchester.
