roammmm
This is a Dellorto 52 mm, isn't it ? Did you already try Caterham Aftersales ? I believe they sell it because it is the one I have on my VVC. Cheers
robmar
that looks like the one I was going to fit, until I found out that it would have taken me out of class 3 in the clib sprints into class 5 ☹️ rob
Luke Beaumont
roammmm, It's not a problem getting hold of one new - several places in the UK have them for sale. It's just that I'm tight, and would prefer a 2nd hand unit if someone has one languishing after an upgrade to individual TBs. In fact, where's Bob Corb as I believe he has just done exactly that! New Barbie
I have a new VVC engine which is going roller barrels. As such the throttle is surplus to me. What is the new price of the throttle, I have no idea what the one I have is worth. I can sell the whole injection system, plenum and all if anyone wants it. Luke Beaumont
If it's the 52mm bore alu TB then I'll have it off you, certainly.
New Barbie
I'll measure it, basically I have a new VVC EU3 K series, so it's whatever that Rover part would be. I think the engine would have ended up in an MG of some kind given I acquired it via an MG Motorsport route. What is the price of the new part so I can get a guide on the value ? Luke Beaumont
Count, it should have the MHB000261 number on it somewhere, probably easier than measuring. Cheapest I've seen 'em is a ton.
