davedlr
I finally dug my car out of hibernation today, having not driven it since November The clutch was corroded to the flywheel so had to start it in gear and tease it away. All was fine, went to fill up with fuel and have a shakedown, 3-4 miles in and the rear nearside is making a clonk clonk noise on when easing up on the throttle. No noise when on the throttle. Could it be? A-frame bush (hopefully) Halfshaft LSD/Diff Any pointers gratefully received Dave

andy_h
Easy to check. twist prop in both directions by hand and listen for clunk. If you have play then refill with grease (you'll need a gun) and take on another road test.
