SUPERLIGHT91
If anyone spots any private bargains in a 1.4 K series 7 please let me know. ---------------------------------------------------------- 1400 K SERIES SEVEN WANTED BY CLUB MEMBER: *PREFERRED SPEC* - RHD UK spec car eg 1994-1999, with - EU2 1.4K generation motor (classic, roadsport or supersport) - Cycle wings - DeDion rear end - no spare wheel carrier - hand-brake in the tunnel - be at least 90% complete as a road car with lights and trim - road registered previously, a non-Q plate car, and HPI clear - at least 1x Tillet seat - screen and weather gear - std, not tall, FIA roll bar, but not caged - std road body without any holes for cooling and extras cut in the wrong place, or rivets in the wrong place (non-standard dash is fine though, as I can change that to the layout I would like with a new panel). - wide-track suspension would be a bonus, but not essential - private purchase from one club member to another ----------------------------------------------------------------- I am working on a project later this year to prep a car for myself (to take part in the 2015 club Speed Championships) and I'm looking for the following spec. car, and it can be anything from a cherished '90s old-timer to a cosmetically tatty high-miler example, or a car in pieces or laid-up as a project as I can trailer it home. Don't mind if its 1400 Classic, Roadsport or Supersport, can be 5 or 6 speed, with or without LSD If anyone hears or sees anything suitable up for grabs privately or in the club, please let me know, cash waiting for the right spec car at the right price. Can be laid-up as I will most probably trailer it home to start work on it. Edited by - Superlight91 on 21 May 2014 13:11:

SUPERLIGHT91
Thanks all - as expected different cars ticking boxes for different reasons - at the end of the day a few have potential as a race car project for me at the right price - and I appreciate anything that you have all brought to my attention. I am grateful to all that have sent details or will continue to send details via Blatmail and I'll get back to you over the next couple of weeks, as I'm not quite ready to jump in yet, but would very much like to buy a 1.4k from a club member in future weeks to start this project. Thanks for taking time to respond so far, it is apprecaited
