Area Representative Paul Richards Posted May 11, 2014 Area Representative Share Posted May 11, 2014 I'm bringing the ESV down for the weekend and am undecided whether to try and find a B&B or to camp at the venue. Anyone else camping? What are facilities like?
Stuart Miller 7
Facilities are excellent and plenty camping I am sure (apart from the c4M £ worth of motorhomes in the paddock . Sadly I can't make it this year but you should have a great weekend, rain or shine.

Support Team Shaun_E Posted May 12, 2014 Support Team Share Posted May 12, 2014 We'll be there Friday and Saturday nights. There is a shower and a clubhouse serving food and beer.
Charlies Angel
Paul, I am camping - one of the nicer places to camp. Showers are fine, there is water available and a club house with hot food and a bar. £10 for the weekend. Princess Lynn
JEM
First time for me at Gurston, do we have to book if camping ? J
Guest
No need to book for camping but they do charge a nominal fee, I think it was £5 per night last time, which they come round and collect. The L7C Poor mans colony is normally at the end of the field after the very expensive camper vans........ But it is one of the best venues to camp at. Simon.Rogers1
Yes Please go ahead - Mark and I need a new culprit to try our new padlock and chains on given that Mr Gibbs won't be with us and he cut through the straps on the last bit of kit! Bit out of order if you ask me 😬 Its the one reason I succombed to a tent and not converting my trailer as I couldn't trust you lot 😔

Gill E
Given the blustery conditions we've had there in the past and the lie of the land, you might need high heels for extra anchorage!
