Matthew Willoughby
As some of you are aware we will not have the ESV at Curborough next week as it will be at Dunsfold instead ☹️ We will have the club's two Coleman shelters (see here) and these will be erected in the ESV's regular position from Friday evening until the end of Sunday. What we won't have are the usual ESV facilities such as tables and chairs, bbq etc. so please make sure you bring anything with you that you might need, especially for the two evenings if camping on site. Chris Bramall will be providing a means of boiling water and cooking and will (I hope!) give some details below. The ESV has been booked for the August meeting. Mark Gibson
Thanks for letting us know Matthew and for kindly arranging a substitute. What time can we get access to the venue on Friday? Mark
CaterBram
I'll be bringing a gas burco and gas griddle down friday night which can be used on either friday or saturday nights. of course, you need to provide your own, food, tea & coffee etc.
CaterBram
Had a think and unless anyone has a desperate need for loads of boiling water, i'll just bring the gas griddle and not the Burco as i've realised i've also got one of the Coleman shelters on board...... 😳
