tiddy1 Posted December 28, 2002 Share Posted December 28, 2002 As well as the 7 I am running a Matra murena which has been fitted with a peugot Mi16 engine, it has run well for the last 40K miles but yesterday sheared a drive shaft. these are units made from welding a peugot inner shaft to a matra outer shaft. Mine failed at the weld,probably due to fatigue rather than overload, does anyone know a good place to get these re-welded or new ones made up? preferably in the bristol area?
