Danny - I am not sure which one you are referring to specifically, but I got a replacement Pipercross PX600 "sausage" filter from Simon at Meteor Motorsport.

Try ebay. A Pipercross PX600 C604D (and variations) is £61.74 inc. delivery at the moment.

Just for noting. R300 K series part number is 602D (90mm) for under bonnet depth profile and 603D for 120mm higher profile if you have bonnet cutout.

Holy thread resurrection!

I’ve just prepped my R300K for coming off SORN to find the black foam inner lining of the foam air filter in bits, liberally coating and filling the roller barrel trumpets 

Is Pipercross still the prefer option for the replacement and does anyone have a part code for the standard set-up? (although I assume Pipercross would soon put me right!).

My S-in-L recently fitted a Pipercross C603D (120mm height) to his 1.8K Supersport-R (same RBs as the R300K).

As a postscript (and should it help for future searches), Pipercross C603D 120mm high is the correct reference, I did have to ‘fettle’ (i.e. cut off 10mm or so) one of the plastic bottom mounting tangs on the plastic filter body to suit the slots in my backplate but all is now good.
