how much & who-refill fire extiguisher?

It's hardly worth refilling and selling. You can buy a brand new one for £100 and it'll probably cost a significant proportion of that to have it serviced. And, as Charles says, after 10 years it needs replacing anyway. Note, though, that that one only comes with two nozzles, and the nozzles are ridiculously expensive. In fact, it's possibly worth selling the nozzles and throwing the cylinder away.

I like the sound of this. I had a Lifeline system with a manufacturing year of 1996 that had never been serviced! Discharged it safely in the middle of nowhere as I didn't want it causing me any grief in the future. Makes a nice door stop.
