There is a salt in France called 'Fleur du Sel' - quite cheap over there but on sale in the gourmet section of Waitrose for around £38 per kilo Fleur du Sel is known as the caviar of salts and is indeed a wondrous thing with which to lightly season the gastronomic delights of the FH household *tongue* FH p.s. Or I'll start talking about my collection of interesting coprolites If you ever get the chance you should go down the salt mine in Winsford (Cheshire), it is an amazing place.
