Guest
Only 1 week to go until entries close on Sunday 11th May, we are now up to 50 entries so still space for a few late comers. Don't forget this will be running on the standard circuit and hopefully there will be a few edward lewis caps to be handed out as well as class trophies 😬 Edited by - comp.scorer on 5 May 2014 09:46:
CaterBram
52 entries and for those who are undecided you still have until Sunday to get your entry in.

Simon.Rogers1
So how are we cooking food on Saturday night with no ESV? How big is the hot plate Chris? Do we need another source of heat?
CaterBram
It's about the same size as the barbecue but powered by gas
Gill E
and it's a great source of heat
Mark Durrant
Simon I think one more BBQ would be useful and reduce the waiting time for cooking space. Can you bring yours up in the trailer as I have limited space after agreeing to act as a courier for the Chairman.
Simon.Rogers1
Yes will add it to the load. Needs to be ready for Gurston anyway.

Gill E
Richard Price seems to be driving his car twice in class 3 - competing as a dual driver. Have I missed a change in the rules for this year?

Charlies Angel
From the ITS Day I don't think Phil Cook should be in Class 4??? I think Phil said earlier in the thread that he is 548?
Gill E
Lynn - I think Phil has made some changes to his car which now put him in 4 but others (including Phil) will know better than me :-) Gill
Cookie Monster
I did question why my number/class has changed from 548 to 558 & from class 3 to 4. Matthew offered an explanation as to why - I'm not entirely clear but obviously respect his judgement/knowledge which is superior to mine. I have made no changes to my car since the ITS day but it's disappointing that I am now outclassed by my new peer group & not just on driving ability
Guest
Phil, if you don't understand the reasons behind the class change have a chat with Matthew Willoughby in the paddock at curborough so we can ensure that the correct decision has been made together with you understanding the reasoning behind it. without checking back on my emails, from memory it's around not running a standard plenum and running throttle bodies which pushes you from class 3 to class 4. OliW
Either way, there will be some fairly stiff competition this weekend! Looking forward to it! :) Oli
