Area Representative bluenose Posted January 2, 2014 Area Representative Share Posted January 2, 2014 John There is a difference. I think if you are running throttle bodies you need the injection head. Nick

Guest
Hi Simon, Is the alloy handbrake sleeve similar to what was fitted to the car you sold me last July? Thanks Graham Edited by - Big G on 3 Jan 2014 23:18:
simonpa
Hi Graham, I have just checked the pics that I would have sent to you initially and it looks like this sleeve was on the car at the time. I can remember taking the tunnel cover off when working on the wiring, but if it had a different sleeve when you collected the car, then I'm quite happy to swap it! BM me and let me know what you want to do. Cheers - Simon

myothercarsa2cv
Hi Simon Can I ask what the part number is for the M1144s? Are they the standard ones, or slightly larger than? If slightly larger than, yes please! Also, RARB - are droplinks included? Assume this is the one that sits above the lower chassis rail and runs under the front of the diff? I can't see the mounts on Caterham's website... Any idea where to get these? Cheers, John
simonpa
Hmm - mounts are here: http://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/product.php?id_product=4591 ..but unavailable. Redline may be able to help! I have a pack of 4 new drop-link ends, but not the bar that connects them. It's the later ARB that goes under the diff. The pads say MGB533 and 07075285 on them They are 63mm wde and the pad material is 60w x 42h Cheers - Simon
myothercarsa2cv
Cheers Simon, The 535's are the larger ones, so I'll pass on the pads. Want to go bigger on some new discs at some point 😶🌫️ I searched 'anti roll bar' and not ARB! *facepalm* I should know better I'm metric... I wonder if the ends would still fit? Still need that hex wotsit too. I'm pretty sure the bar is just threaded rod, so that's ok.

simonpa
Hi Paul, apologies - I was/am waiting for Graham (BigG) to come back to me as he may have a prior call on it! When I sold him a car earlier this year, the sleeve was on it when I sent him pics before the sale. I'll try and sort pics out in the meantime.
