For sale - Caterham/Luke 6-Point Race Harness

Caterham/Luke 6-point race harness as this one on Caterham's site at £210 new. Dated 2010 FIA expiry but fine for road use (I don't compete in my car).

 

This harness was bought new for my car but is the SV/CSR version, my car is an S3. The result is that with the seat adjusted fully back and me being a non-SV body type the shoulder straps will not tighten quite enough. All other straps are the same as the S3 version.

 

I bought a new S3 version around 5 years ago and moved this one to the passenger side but then earlier this year I finally bought another S3 version for the passenger side so this is now surplus.

 

Wide webbing and easy release adjusters on the shoulder straps .... when you've had these you wouldn't go back to plain adjusters! Good condition, just some marks and knocks to the release mechanism and some flaking of the coating on the leg loop hardware from being under the seat.

The leg loops connect to the buckle using a loop arrangement passed through the metal D-rings - much comfier than the T-bar versions. Included are the bolts/spacers for fitting the leg loops to a standard height floor but not the bolts for the other straps.
