After much deliberation I've decided to sell my Tacx iFlow VR turbo trainer & pug out for a Watt Bike.

 

So you get the iFlow trainer with the v3.6 software to allow virtual internet racing from the (dis) comfort of your garage or spare room.

You get all the leads for connecting to a PC to measure power, speed, cadence, distance etc.

 

I'll throw in 2 training DVDs, Team Saxo Bank winter training (nasty) & Mount Ventoux (even nastier).

 

All you need to be up and running is a software key from Tacx which I believe is 25 Euros, I cant swap mine with you. You'll need a bucket as well, a towel and you'll be ready for endless misery and suffering.
