CharlesElliott
Sorry, I don't know a bodge. But in my experience the split system is not really effective in any way in practical terms. If the leak is small, you may be able to raise enough pressure by pumping - but if you try it 'off road' you will probably see that it isn't usable. Hope you get it sorted quickly. Mr Locust
Not really a bodge, but if Caterham USA fail, maybe try a local parts factor for a caliper from a Merkur XR4Ti or Merkur Scorpio. I believe this was the regional branding for North American/Canadian versions of the Ford European models.
mav
Or take the car to a local ford agent and show them the caliper as ask then to see if they have one...

charlie_pank
Clamp the;flexible brake hose to isolate that caliper from the system. Only really acceptable as a get you home fix...
Steve-B
Andy, Clamp to isolate the line and use your handbrake for emergency as it is cable operated...
rgrigsby
Merker sounds about right, I remember back in 2001 being slightly surprised to see an Xr4i in a car park in Boston, it looked a little bit out place amongst all the SUV's
aerobod - near CYYC
The Merkur Scorpio in North America should be the correct caliper fit, these NAPA calipers seem to be the correct ones: http://m.napaonline.com/Tablet/parts/PartDetails.aspx?Id=SEBSE1897_0248620718 http://m.napaonline.com/Tablet/parts/PartDetails.aspx?Id=SEBSE1898_0248620714
