snuttall
Complete 210hp K Series install. Engine - 1800K, Omega Forged pistons, steel rods, AP competition clutch (1500 miles), lightweight flywheel (all balanced together), ported K16 head by Portformance, 32.5mm inlet valves, 28.3mm exhaust, Piper 285M cams, Piper solid lifters, uprated valve springs, lightweight caps and red anodised Piper verniers, uprated Rover MLS head gasket and Rover uprated oil ladder, lightweight aluminium crank pulley, custom alloy low profile cam cover (oil filler cap deleted, correct breathers, stainless bolts). Dry sump – Pace stage 3 dry sump, Brise kidney shaped tank to go in front of engine, full aeroquip fittings to install in full (stainless pipes, blue / red alloy fittings), including correct breather assemblies (all from Think Automotive). All bolts and washers on pump and dry sump replaced with stainless items. Intake / exhaust – Jenvey 42mm DTH throttle bodies, 90mm trumpets in carbon fibre, Pico injectors, ITG air filter (one off depth made to fit under bonnet but to clear trumpets), Jenvey throttle linkage and cable, Jenvey fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator, red Magnegor completion ignition leads, new coil 1,500 miles ago, stainless tubular 4-1 manifold and collector, Raceco 7” titanium silencer (VGC on top, a scuff underneath where you can’t see, but not holed). Cooling – Radtec uprated alloy radiator, uprated fan (ECU controlled) and all plumbing (red silicone hoses), includes QED remote alloy thermostat (in polished alloy), bleed T. Other – Emerald ECU (not 3D), mapped for the above set up (print out for 210hp), Brise hi-torque starter motor, alternator, all drive belts etc., recent water rail, engine mounts. Gearbox – Caterham 6 speed box and bellhousing to suit K, run on Redline MTL, 6spd alloy gearknob, done 15,000 miles, in good order. Everything you need for a high quality, proven and complete install. In its current state the engine has done around 9,000 miles, had the bottom and big end bearings replaced 2,000 miles ago, but the engine is currently being stripped and rebuilt at TCS Tracksports in Warrington (will be ready in a few weeks) so will have had all new gaskets, full check over, new stretch bolts etc.. Once complete, they would be happy to arrange fitting of the complete package for you if required. Price the above up, it comes to a lot… Could break, but I’m not looking to, so ideally would sell complete, or possibly split the engine and box. Looking for £6,500 (not including fitting). Grubbster
Sounds like a bargain for someone! If you do end up splitting I'd be interested in the exhaust and primaries, my current one is a bit too loud these days.
snuttall
Cheers Steve - the plan is to keep it all together as it works well as package! The exhaust is great, quiet (ish!) but a great sound. Enjoy Brands??
Grubbster
I understand, but let me know if there is a chance. Really enjoyed brands despite a crash in testing, poor qualifying and going backwards in the race including a trip through the gravel at paddock - but a very enjoyable weekend all the same

Grubbster
Apologies if I've caused a headache for you by suggesting splitting it all up! I'm not in a rush for a new exhaust, but if this plan can come together it would be handy for me
