If I'm not mistaken, are revolution nuts not specific to the wheels. In other words, I think they have a long shoulder that fits through the wheel. You may have to obtain from Revolution.

MB - if Mick and John can't help (and they usually can) try Rally Design here who have a large selection of the sleeve nuts needed for Revolution alloys. Avonbar used to be a good source for these but they appear to have ceased trading and the phoenix company doesn't offer the same product range. Most likely to be type SN30 if metric but older Fords used 7/16" UNF threads which need nut type SN29. I don't know whether the components used in the De Dion rear ends (I have a live axle myself) go back as far as the imperial thread era but in the absence of confirmation from someone who knows, worth checking. If you have a spare or readily accessible seat belt bolt, that will be 7/16" UNF so you could try one of your old nuts on one.
