robmar
so reset of all records then http://www.uphillracers.com/showthread.php/dick-mayo-sprint-castle-combe-7998.html?t=7998 not sure exactly what has changed, will it start out of the pits, rather than on the course 🤔
Sgt Pepper
Well, the MSA changed Goodwood to start out of the pit lane so maybe that's what'll happen at Castle Combe?
CaterBram
I'll seek advice from Simon, If correct this will mean that not only do the records get cleared but the event will not count for either Edward Lewis or the Overall Championship Winner. NoLimits
I have not be told about any changes - which is a shame. If its the case then yes all records will be null and void. This affects our regs which is why we should have been told. I may reconsider entering if there is no record to be broken and points earned. ☹️
robmar
Simon - let me set a couple of years and a crappy (normal for me, before anyone chips in ) pace, and then you can go for a big record breaker in 2015 rob
NoLimits
Ah - its all about budget Rob and given that I have no hope at Loton because of Mr Luke I was targeting my own time at Combe. Maybe I will leave the times/records stand and we can all have an Edward Lewis Hat 😬
robmar
so I think yes it starts from the pit lane, so overall from a driving experience it probably isn't that much different
