"Vauxhall" Screen

I use one. I went that route 'cos it was a) the cheapest way to go screenless, and b) It's easy to stash away in the luggage the remove sreen and fit on arrival (at some distant foreign circuit). I just leave it on now.

Mounted as steeply as sensible it is maybe not the prettiest, but very, very effective.

I have, courtesy of a number of generous friends, driven with all the possible screen/door configurations.

(I'm 6' 2'' , use a low foam seat, but sit reasonably upright.

Full screen with no doors is the most turbulent; the acrylic jpe screen looks nice but is functionally useless (too shallow, wrong angle, too much buffetting and would be better transparent and too expensive and not particularly nicely or accurately made; the Brooklands screens worked ok but not as well as I expected (couldn't find an angle that was quite right - maybe didn't expreriment enough); the little Vauxhall screen worked best of all, sure, you get breeze, but not buffetting, even without a crash helmet.

You can get a left hand side one too, Julian (presumably intended for LHD).

They need a bit of care and fiddling to it.
