1.8 K-Series engine.

I'm selling my old 1.8 k-series engine.

 

1998 EU2

Standard engine - NOT supersport - NOT VVC

 

Block, head, induction gubbins, ECU,

No alternator

No flywheel

 

 

It's covered around 84,000 miles but can't be sure because it's not the cars original engine. Caterham put this engine in when it was their development and press car in the late 90's.

Oil pressure was always good. It never over-heated. Oil changes every 9,000 to 10,000 miles. It was sitting idle for 4 years but was regularly turned over (without plugs) to get oil pressure.

 

No idea what it's worth but lets say £400 ONO and (depending exactly where you are) there's a strong chance I could deliver it as I'll be driving all over the UK in the next month or so.
