TBKBABABTIM
About to fit rear dampers (supersport 140) but the AG doesn't mention using any washers on the top mounting which I'm guessing isn't right as the bottom and fronts all use chamfered washers and spring washers. Could anyone help with what's correct for the top mount please.
Shad
No that's correct, no washers needed at the top on the rear. Just torque up the cap-head bolt correctly that that's it
TBKBABABTIM
Thanks, that will teach me not guess but the AG tends to make you rather uncertain. E.G. Doesn't mention using a sleeve in the bottom mounting which can't be right. Edited by - TBKBABABTIM on 12 May 2013 09:45:

Doesn't mention using a sleeve in the bottom mounting which can't be right Assume you are now talking about front shock absorber.
TBKBABABTIM
Sorry just my twisted sense of humour, washers on all mountings except rear top and sleeves on them all except rear bottom.

Martin J
Have you fitted the roll bar yet? If you have the FIA bar with the diagonal bracing you will need to fit this before the rear suspension.
