finmac
My exhaust manifold and pipes could do with a rub down and coat of silver paint. So I Am looking for a recommendation as to which paint to use, something that will take the heat generated and last a while hopefully? Thanks! Burwell7man
Sorry, don't want to be a harbinger of doom, but any painted finish won't last the 375 - 400 decrees C.
Ols
Haven't found a permant paint solution, but but I've got POR15 'factory manifold grey' on there at the moment and that's holding out quite well at the moment...

CanAm
VHT Flameproof Paint. Good for 1000 degrees C. (from Frosts, Demon Tweaks etc) Very popular with racers in the 60s. See the number of F1 cars then with white headers.
