VHPD head + 4-1 Exhaust

Having missed another one on for sale, don't suppose anyone else out there is parting with a VHPD head are they?

 

I'm also after the 4-1 primaries and collector (outside the engine bay) for a 1600K series .

I have a VHPD head, which I've just replaced with a new 'un. It's been skimmed a couple of times and if fitted would result in an 11:1 compression ratio. The outstanding problem is that last people to do any serious work to it were A*******r and they used some sort of filler in it. I was going to put the head up for £200 as something for people to practice porting, but Roger King is of the opinion that the filler can be machined out, some globs of weld metal put in by an expert welder, and then machined flat again. After that would be a go-er.

 

So, I've not settled on a price yet, but am open to offers. Feel free to contact Roger for a chat about it and a quote on getting the work done. You can chat to me too, but I know just about bugger all about engines
