Blown ECU fuse

BobB

Recommended Posts

I took the Seven out for a quick run tonight and stopped for some petrol. All went well, aside from soaking my toes with a bit of fuel (still haven't got used to the fact it doesn't cut out on time) - until I tried to start her up again. Nothing at all, lights were working so there was power - just no starter whirr. Turns out the ECU fuse was blown - is this a common issue with K series cars? Or should I be concerned about a bigger issue?

Thanks,

Bob

Is it a 20 amp fuse? If so replace with 30 amp. This was a Caterham recommendation from a long time ago. *thumbup*

Top recommendation - mine was always blowing until I changed it for a 30 Amp fuse. (K Series)
