K-Series ... converting auto belt tensioner to manual?

SLR No.77

I'm swapping an automatic cam belt tensioner over to the manual version, does anyone have details of the holes that need drilling/tapping or even a suitable template to mark the correct location? I could remove everything from the front of my own engine to take the measurements but seems a lot of work if somebody already has the details!

Thanks in advance *thumbup*

There is no strength problem as the positional holes are full size and the thread holes will be 1.5mm smaller at the core, a large number of heads left the factory drilled for both tensioner s as they were service replacements.

I've used that template hundreds of times, accuracy to within. 0.5mm is sufficient.
