apjenkins
For a 1998 1.6 supersprint, Rover ECU,standard throttle body. It has a Stack dash but that should not effect the engine loom. Can't seem to find one anywhere so am probably looking in the wrong place! Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank's @ndrew
Mark Durrant
Andrew Unless you have fitted a xflow I think you will find it is a Supersport.
Jonathan Kay
I've got it but don't know where it is on the web. Check your mail and I'll send it. Jonathan
apjenkins
Ray, 😶🌫️(still grieving for Kermit!) Johathan, Thank's for that but I need the Engine loom diagram for EU2 (different injector fireing etc.) @ndrew
Jonathan Kay
I see what you mean. The main diagram in that document covers EU2 and EU3 but the engine loom diagram only covers EU3. Mankee
Take a look on Paul Deslandes' hugely useful website and there is an 11.7MB wiring diagram document, called Appendix B. It's quite tough to read as it's hand-drawn but you'll fathom it out with some squinting: http://www.fastgrandad.co.uk/page9.html And then use mgfcar.de, which lists the MEMS layout for both MPI and VVC: http://www.mgfcar.de/ With that lot, you should be able to map out most, if not all, your wiring. I've used the documents for planning a full car loom strip and rewire.
apjenkins
Thank's a lot Mankee. I'm sure that will sort me out. @ndrew
Mankee
Good luck! I found staring at wiring diagrams strangely therapeutic. Until I try to put it into practice and probably set myself on fire.

myothercarsa2cv
JK, for future reference, I've got the build manual on my website... Sounds like it's the same as yours though, EU2 and 3 main, EU3 engine. Build manual
Nifty
We really ought to have a depository for such documents on the L7C site(s) .. shouldn't we 🤔
Jonathan Kay
Nifty's right. Somewhere near the FAQs. It might be polite to check that Caterham wouldn't object when it was their documents. As well as archiving whatever we could put together there should be a link to the current Caterham documents on their site. Alcester Racing 7s is also a fantastically useful and often recommended site. It would be very sad if that advice ever became unavailable. Are you watching this thread, Myles? myothercarsa2cv
I think CC should keep the old build manuals on their own website... But as they don't, and its nice to have access to it wherever I am, it's on mine if its a major issue I'll take it down...
