Caterham Kid
Well I got the new battery but... They sent me an NP18-12 not an NP20-12 😔 i.e. an 18AH battery not a 20AH battery. If I had wanted an 18AH I would have ordered one!!! I have contacted the seller but in the meantime should I install this one? I know it should work it just wont be as powerful and not what I ordered. I need to get the car working as it is going for a service and check soon... and in any case I want to drive it! Caterham Kid
Don't fit it if you want to return it ! Yes aware of that, however... If it is not sorted by next weekend I will have to as it it the only way I will be able to get it to Redline. Will an 18AH make that much difference? Mankee
In the grand scheme of things, it will make a difference of the square root of naff all. I originally ordered an NP20-12 not via eBay but via the Battery Masters website (same people and also seem to deal in cameras) and received an 18Ah Yuasa equivalent, which has been spot on. I'd just slap it on and get driving.
