Final seat bolt is stuck

The bolt that goes through the hole in the runner, through the rear cross member, and out the bottom of the car where it fixed with washer and nyloc. This bolt has got a domed, cross head. Well, it used to, it just has a round hole now, so no screwdriver gets any purchase (i tried them all).

Did try to unbolt seat from runners, but depsite much time upside down with a torch, I can find no such thing.

Sounds like its time to carefully reach for the angle grinder. The back bolts are B@rstards to get in and out. I have converted my seat runner to cross-member bolts to Studs welded into the runner, as I had similar probs getting the back bolts in and out. Underneath it then has enormous wing nuts so you dont have to mess about with a spanner. You can then get the seats out in about 2 minutes
