Lisa Beezer
Hello everyone, I'm just planning my assembly for the morning and as this week's theme is "Going for Goals" I thought I'd get my treasured Edward Lewis cap out! However, I just realised that I don't actually know who Edward Lewis is or why it is called the Edward Lewis Cup - can someone help, please? Many thanks, Lisa

Area Representative manningpaul Posted March 18, 2013 Area Representative Share Posted March 18, 2013 I remember visiting Westover Shoes (Northampton?) as a thirteen year old, with my Father around 1962 or so, he had a pair of leather driving shoes made and has probably still got them!! He had a long chat with Edward while they were sorting out styles etc. 😳 just realised you can all work out how old I am

andy couchman
I met him at the 50th (I think) - lovely old gentleman who was very happy to celebrate a great car, the instigation of which he was a key player in. Is he still around? Andy
