crank pulley

Good morning hoping for a bit of guidance please. Have my 1.6k engine on table in garage having just replaced rear crank oil seal. That job is done. Engine is due cam belt and tensioner and am hoping to fit 633 cams and verniers while it is out. However when removing the crank pulley the bolt/washer was siezed on the pulley and twisted the pulley at the moment of loosening. This resulted in the little D shaped lug that locates the pulley on the timing gear breaking off as the pulley moved. So now need a new crank timing gear. Question is ---is that going to be easy to replace? Does it need any special procedure etc Any assistance much appreciated Thanks
